Why we exist
More telemetry has not always created more clarity.
Modern app teams can observe almost everything, yet still struggle to agree whether a release is healthy. Measures sit in separate tools. Baselines differ. A visible anomaly attracts attention before anyone checks exposure or user impact.
Our role is to provide a calm, independent reading of that evidence. We combine product analytics thinking with release discipline, communicating uncertainty honestly and recommendations plainly.
Based in Bingham and working with teams across Great Britain, we collaborate remotely and join in-person sessions where they add value.
