Information we collect
We collect details you submit in an enquiry, including your name, work email, organisation and message. During an engagement we may process professional contact details, meeting notes and account-access records. We ask clients not to provide end-user personal data unless specifically agreed and necessary.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond and take steps towards a contract. We use client information to deliver and administer a contract. Legitimate interests support service security, business records and improvement of our website. Where optional analytics cookies are used, we rely on consent.
Sharing and international transfers
Information may be processed by carefully selected hosting, email, document and professional service providers acting under contract. We do not sell personal information. If a provider processes information outside the UK, we use an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards where required.
Retention and security
Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally deleted after 12 months. Client and accounting records are generally kept for six years after an engagement. Working analytics exports are deleted or returned according to the proposal, normally within 30 days of completion. We use access controls, encryption where available and data minimisation.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We welcome the opportunity to address concerns first.
Website forms
This demonstration website posts form submissions to a static mock endpoint and does not transmit the entered form data to a live customer database. If service handling changes, this notice will be updated before collection begins.
